These signs are styled after the deco type signs that hung over the service bays in garages in the 30's and 40's and later. Those signs fave a piece of glass with "LUBRICATION", "ALIGNMENT", etc, stenciled on and were backlit with fluorescent tubes. Our are necessarily bigger to accomodate the graphics and the neon, while capturing the style of the old signs.

The body is made using Pittsburg seam-just the way the old time tinsmiths made advertising "boxes" or cans. We use PPG's Concept, one of the finest automotive finishes available. Signs can be displayed indoors or out. Weather won't faze them. We use state of the art electronic transformers. In addition to superior reliability, they are very light, holding a total weight to 20-22 pounds. Each sign is handmade with American made components, UL listed, and unconditionally guaranteed. Width is 34", height is 20"-24", and depth is about 8".

In our shop we have neon from a 40' bar and restaurant which was on every day through the early 80's. It still works great-we have it on every day. These signs are sure last you many, many years of enjoyment.
